How do we scope a first engagement?

We start with a 30-minute discovery call, then a 2-week Readiness Sprint if there's a fit. Fixed fee, written report, no obligation to continue.
Do you work on-prem or cloud?

Both. Our Secure AI lane is explicitly for on-prem and air-gapped deployments. Business AI engagements typically use Azure, GCP, or Firebase depending on your stack.
Can you integrate with our existing team?

Yes — knowledge transfer is baked into every engagement. We prefer to build capability in-house rather than create long-term dependency.
What's your lead time?

Typically 2–4 weeks to start. Complex Secure AI engagements may require longer for clearance and planning.
