AI Voice Consultant Notice

- Our AI Voice Consultant lets you have a spoken conversation with an AI.
- We use Vapi (a US-based voice AI provider) to process your speech in real time. Allayze does not store your raw audio.
- Transcripts are retained in our Vapi account for 12 months. A written summary is saved to our CRM for 12 months.
- You must explicitly consent before a session begins. The service is commercial-only — not for classified or sensitive Defence information.
1. What the AI Voice Consultant does
The AI Voice Consultant is a voice-based AI assistant that helps you explore how Allayze could support your business. It answers questions, captures key information about your needs, and produces a written summary you and we can refer back to.
2. How it works
- You click Start and give explicit consent to the session.
- Your microphone streams audio to Vapi, our voice AI provider.
- Vapi converts your speech to text in real time, sends the text to our AI model, and streams the spoken response back to you.
- After the session ends:
- The transcript is stored in our Vapi account for 12 months.
- A written summary is saved to our Notion CRM for 12 months.
- Allayze does not keep the raw audio. Audio handling is governed by Vapi's privacy policy.

4. AI training
Allayze does not use your voice input, transcripts, or summaries to train any AI models. Our voice provider Vapi processes audio under their own terms — please review Vapi's privacy policy before using the service.
5. Consent and scope
- You must be 18 or older to use the service.
- The AI Voice Consultant is commercial-only. Do not submit classified, OFFICIAL: Sensitive, or Defence-controlled information.
- You can end the session at any time.
- The AI is a general-purpose assistant. Responses are informational only and should not be treated as professional advice without verification.
6. Your rights
You can:
- Request a copy of your transcript or summary.
- Correct information in the summary.
- Delete your transcript and summary before the 12-month retention window ends.

7. Changes
We may update this notice when the Voice Consultant changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
